TAGS»MARKERS
Log in to 'GENica Marker Tools'
Description
- Select TAGS»MARKERS to review which markers belong to a "Markers Tag", to remove individual markers from the MARKERS TAG if required, and to delete the whole tag.
- "Marker Tags" are always "private" access, only the MARKER TAGS you have yourself created are displayed.
- Tag a marker with a new or existing "Marker Tag" in MARKERS»SEARCH. (Find out more...)
- BINNER»MRT TAGS can accept "Marker Tags" as input, so markers can be identified in MARKERS»SEARCH and submitted for binning without the need to prepare a BINNER input file off-line.
How to use this option
- Select TAGS»MARKERS from the 'GENica Marker Tools' menu.
- A table with the "Marker Tags" you have previously created is displayed, see below. The table can be sorted by the different column headers by clicking on them.
- Find general information on the tagged markers by clicking on the [VIEW MRT MARKERS] link, (1) in the screenshot below. This opens the tagged markers in the MARKERS»SEARCH interface, giving access to further filter, display and export options.
- To remove markers from a "Marker Tag", click on the [EDIT MARKER TAGS] link, (2) in the screenshot below. In the new window, select [UNTAG] next to markers that should not be in the tag. This only removes the tag from a marker, but does not delete it from the database.
- A "Marker Tag" can be deleted by clicking on the [DELETE TAG] link next to it, (3) in the screenshot below. This only removes the tag from all the markers, but does not delete the markers from the database.
The TAGS»MARKERS interface.
