Sandbox Help Trial

GEMMTOOLS currently combines a database of MRT markers (MARKERS), an application where any marker can be grouped into panels (BINNER), "Automated Designers" that assist in PCR set-up for MRT Markers and a database where GeneMapper output files can be stored. The graph gives an overview how the different applications are integrated, both inside GEMMTOOLS and externally with CMAP and GeneMapper.
