Log in to 'GENica Marker Tools'
Description
- SNPDB contains user-provided genotype data for cereals. Select SNPDB»BROWSE to reach this interface.
- Information in SNPDB is arranged in different layers, these are [Project] → [File] → [Plate] → [Sample] → [Marker] → [Results].
- Reach the next lower database level for an entry by clicking the link next to it (see screenshots below).
- Every user has EDIT and DELETE options for data they have imported. Group administrators can edit /delete data belonging to any user in the user group they administer.
- The [VIEW] link gives access to extra information.
- Links on the lower level pagers allow returning to higher level pagers (see links highlighted on the [Results] level in the screenshot below).
- A "breadcrumb trail" above the data table shows how you have drilled into SNPDB (highlighted on the [Results] level in the screenshot below).
- Rearrange the information on pagers by clicking on a column header.
- Change the number of lines displayed per page, with the 'GENica Marker Tools' OPTIONS.
