Browse SNPDB

1. Select SNPDB, then select BROWSE to reach this interface. If no SNP data in the right format is available to you, complete Exercise 27 beforehand.
2. Spend a couple of minutes trying out the SNPDB»BROWSE interface, where you can:
   • View, Edit, Delete or Add a Project.
   • View , Edit or Delete the Files in each Project.
   • View , Edit or Delete the Plates in each File.
   • View , Edit or Delete the Samples within a Plate and the Markers screened on a Sample.
   • View , Edit or Delete the Results detected for a given Sample with a given Marker. Both the AR (allele ratio) value and the Genotype assigned to an AR value are reported.
