Save the table with allele ratio values and genotypes on the "GENica Export Table" worksheet as a "text file"

• The screenshot below shows the GENica Export Table worksheet of the SNPscorer macro.
• Click on the Create GENica Export Table button (circled in green), so the macro updates the information on this table.
• Use the Save As... » Other Formats » Save as Type... » Text (Tab delimited) (*.txt) option in Excel to save the worksheet to your computer.
• This export file can be used to import both AR values and genotype calls into SNPDB, see the next GMT tutorial exercise (exercise 27)
