Prepare PCR products

1. Set up and run the PCR assays.
2. Pool PCR products that can be analysed together on a DNA fragment analyser.
3. Desalt the pooled PCR products.
4. Prepare samples for DNA fragment analysis.
5. When the above steps have been completed, the PCR products are ready to be loaded onto a DNA fragment analyser. Proceed directly to the next step of the workflow.
