GMT Tutorial Exercise 23 - Workflow 1 - Step 3

Download the "Automated Designer for Genetic Analysis" macro from GMT

1. Log in to GENica Marker Tools at https://www.genica.net.au/gmt/.
2. Select FILES, then select LIST.
3. Click on [download] next to Automated_Designer_for_Genetic_Analysis_vX.X-Standard_Edition.zip (applicable to most users).
4. When prompted, select to Save the file.
5. Save the file to a new folder, specifically created for the experiment to be carried out.
6. Unzip the macro file (e.g. by right-clicking on the file icon and selecting Extract All...).
