Prepare a BINNER input file
- Create a *.txt file with a list of the MRTTM marker names you would like to bin.
- In Excel:
- Write the MRTTM marker names in the first folumn of a spreadsheet.
- Save the worksheet as a tab-delimited *.txt file
- Excel 2003: Select File » Save As » Save as Type: "Text Document (*.txt)"
- Excel 2007: Select Office button » Save As » Other Formats » Save as Type: "Text Document (*.txt)"
- In Notepad:
- Write the MRTTM marker names into separate rows of a Notepad document without any other types of separators (e.g. commas, spaces, etc.)
- Save the file.
- There is no limit to the number of markers that can be binned at a time.
- Ensure that the list has no header row.
- An example of a BINNER input file is shown below:
