Prepare PCR products

1. Set up and run the PCR assays.
2. Pool and desalt PCR products that can be analysed together on a DNA fragment analyser.
3. Prepare samples for DNA fragment analysis.
4. When the above steps have been completed, the PCR products are ready to be loaded onto a DNA fragment analyser. Proceed directly to the next step of the workflow.
