Enter experimental data into the "Polymorphism Viewer" macro

• Follow the instructions 1) to 3) on the Main Page worksheet of the Polymorphism Viewer to enter the marker pre-screening results:
  1. Enter the name of the experiment.
  2. Enter the MRT^TMmarkers that were pre-screened.
     • If the Automated Designer for Marker Screening was used to pre-screen markers:
       Paste into the box below the panels of markers that were sceened for polymorphism. This is the same list of markers that were pasted into the Data Entry worksheet of the Automated Designer for Marker Screening macro, see also the bottom-left screenshot below. Up to ninety-six (96) marker panels, each containing up to six markers, can be pasted.
     • If the Automated Designer for Whole Genome Scan macro was used to pre-screen markers:
       Select the Whole Genome Scan Kit that was used to screen for polymorphism with the drop-down box, click here for a screenshot.
  3. Upload the GenMap file created with the help of the Automated Designer for Marker Screening macro, click "yes" at all prompts.
