GMT Tutorial Exercise 20 - Workflow 4 - Step 3

Download the Polymorphism Viewer macro for wheat or barley (as applicable) from GMT

1. Log in to GENica Marker Tools at https://www.genica.net.au/gmt/.
2. Select FILES, then select LIST.
3. Click on [download] next to Barley_Polymorphism_Viewer_v2.1.zip or Wheat_Polymorphism_Viewer_v2.1.zip, as applicable.
4. When prompted, select to Save the file.
5. Save the file to a new folder, specifically created for the experiment to be carried out.
6. Unzip the macro file (e.g. by right-clicking on the file icon and selecting Extract All...).
