  1. Select MARKERS and then select SEARCH.
  2. Select a Marker Set:
    1. MRT MARKERS
      • "Wheat (MPBCRC:public)" to search all MRT® wheat markers
      • "Barley (MPBCRC:public)" to search all MRT® barley markers
    2. Non-binnable Markers
      • "your name_non MRT markers" (created in Exercise 5) to identify any markers that were not recognised as MRT markers during the import of a GEMDB import file.
    3. GEMDB tags
      • Choosing any of the tags created in Exercises 7 - 11 allows viewing general marker info on tagged GEMDB markers. See the screenshot below for an example.
    4. DARTS tags
      • Selecting any of the tags created in Exercises 14 - 16 allows viewing general marker info on tagged DARTS markers.
  3. To see all the available markers in a Marker Set, type the wildcard character '%' in the Search text box (immediately next to the Search button).
  4. Try sorting the results table by different fields by clicking on different column headers.
  5. Try filtering the results table with the different available options (Type, Prefix, Quality, etc.)
