GMT Tutorial Exercise 13

Browse DARTS

1. Select DARTS, then select BROWSE to reach this interface. If no DArT^® data in the right format is available to you, complete Exercise 12 beforehand.
2. Spend a couple of minutes trying out the DARTS»BROWSE interface where you can:
   • View, Edit, Delete or Add a Project.
   • View , Edit or Delete the Services in each Project. Service is a unique number assigned by Triticarte to each individual order they receive. The same Service number is used for every plate within an order.
   • View , Edit or Delete the Plates in each Service. Note that the example input file had results for two plates, named "pop x" and "pop y", see also the screenshot below.
   • View , Edit or Delete the Samples within a Plate and the Markers screened on a Sample.
   • View , Edit or Delete the Alleles detected for a given Sample with a given Marker.
