DARTS»BROWSE
Log in to 'GENica Marker Tools'
Description
- DArT® (Diversity Arrays Technology) markers were developed by the people at Diversity Arrays Technology P/L; DArT® genotyping services are offered to the wheat and barley community through their subsidiary, Triticarte P/L. Please refer to these companies' websites for information on the technology and on available services.
- The DARTS»BROWSE interface allows "drilling down" into the DARTS module, where users can store their DArT® data. Click on the link to the right of an entry to reach the next lower level, see the screenshot below. The different levels are: [Project] → [Service] → [Plates] → [Sample] → [Marker] → [Allele]
- [EDIT] and [DELETE] options allow updating the data you have yourself imported. Group administrators have edit and delete rights to data belonging to any user in the user group(s) they administer.
- At the [Project] level, an [ADD] option allows creating new projects.
- Links on the "lower-level" pagers allow returning to "higher-level" pagers (these links are pointed out on the [Allele] level in the screenshot below).
- To search and export genotype information from across DARTS, refer to the section on DARTS»SEARCH.
- For details on how to upload your own marker data, please refer to the section on DARTS»IMPORT.
- For details on how access to the data in GEMDB can be controlled, please also refer to the manual sections on user groups.
